Storytelling in Science

2-Day workshop by Mirko Bischofberger

No matter if you write a scientific paper, an article for the newspapers or a twitter message, the content you will try to convey will always be received better if it’s embedded in a good story. But what’s a good scientific story? In this workshop you will learn and apply basic storytelling concepts for your research in order to reach your audiences more efficiently. You will first learn the most important elements that make up good stories, analyze your research from the perspective of storytelling, identify your audience and finally apply the learned lessons on your research by thorough hands-on work on different formats.
